We were lucky to get tickets for the much praised performance of All my Sons at the Apollo. The play of course, is a classic, but with this wonderful cast it became a gripping, never-to-forget experience. It has been a while since I was moved this much in a theatre. Must remind myself not to compare the London theatre to other performances...but I'm afraid my expectations of Gijs Scholten van Aschat as Richard III a couple of weeks from now have become impossibly high...
